Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made, plus 1-2 days for your order to arrive.

All products are sent using Royal Mail First Class post. You will receive an email when your order has been despatched.
Packaging and hipping cost - £3.50
If you need a product for a specific date, please get in touch before ordering via the contact page or email gwenllianllwyd@gmail.com and we can try to accommodate your request.

Returns
I hope you will be elated with your piece, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to adjust or exchange your item.
If this is the case please contact Gwennol within 7 days and return your item within 14 days of receipt. I am happy to assist with any concerns.
Orders must be returned in perfect condition. If they are not returned in perfect condition, your refund or exchange request can not be fulfilled.
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk and expenses. It is recommend that you use a tracked postal service.
Postage will be refunded only if the error has been made by Gwennol in the original order. If you're requesting an exchange for a product which arrives damaged, I will happily pay for the other item to be sent to you.
